Jasmine Elist is originally from Los Angeles and studied Creative Writing at the University of Southern California. She grew up surrounded by her large Iranian family who all live within a half-mile radius of each other…literally…they carpool together everywhere.
She is the co-creator of the digital series "HIATUS,” an ITVFest Comedy Series Selection, and she is an alum of the Fox Writers Intensive. Her sketches have been featured on Funny or Die, WhoHaha, and screened at the LA, Portland and Chicago Comedy Film Festival. TV credits include: FRESH OFF THE BOAT, YOU CAN DO BETTER and SORRY NOT SORRY.
