Audience COVID-19 Protocols For Shows

UPDATED (2.1.23) - Masking is strongly recommended but not required to attend shows.

In accordance with COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH Protocols for Live Events and Performances we have added the following requirements to our Covid Policies:

  • No outside food or beverage is allowed inside of the theatre or lobby. Concessions are not offered at this time.

  • All sales are final, we do not offer refunds/exchanges. There is no late seating or re-entry once patrons have left the building. Doors are closed after showtime begins and unused tickets are void/non-refundable.  If you can’t attend a show because of Covid-related issues, please email [email protected] or call 323-934-4747 and we will be happy to work with you on alternatives.

COVID-19 Protocols For Students

MARCH 1, 2023: Covid testing will no longer be required except in cases of close contact, Covid-like symptoms, or a return to class after a Covid illness. Students are required to monitor for any symptoms, and stay home if they are sick. STUDENTS EXHIBITING COVID-LIKE SYMPTOMS MAY BE ASKED TO WEAR A MASK, OR SENT HOME.

WHAT IF SOMEONE TESTS POSITIVE?

If you have close contact with a person who tests positive, or you test positive yourself, email us asap so we can tell if your class was exposed. The first day a person is exposed or experiences symptoms is Day 0. The student may return to class on Day 5 if no symptoms are present and they present a negative PCR or antigen test. Students must stay masked for 10 days, regardless. Positive students are good to unmask after Day 10, and are not required to test again until after day 30. If you are experiencing any symptoms you are required to stay home.

We do not offer refunds for missed classes. No transfers. All drop requests must be in writing.
