Valet - National Parking, 7275 Melrose Ave. Roughly $10 cash (located behind Summer Buffalo on Poinsettia).
Melrose meters - run until 8pm.
Side streets - PLEASE read signage. Some allow 2-hour parking, some allow all night.
Please use caution when walking to and from our theatre and school- before and after shows and classes.
Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the performance. The lobby will open 30 minutes prior and theatre doors will open 15 minutes prior to showtime.
Traffic can be congested at times, so allow yourself plenty of time to get here, find parking, use the restroom and purchase concessions before the show.
Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, or in-person pending availability. Purchased tickets can be picked up at Will Call.
Please be at the theatre, with your tickets, no later than showtime to ensure admittance. Otherwise, your seats will be given to our Standby Line.

- It will be $15 cash upfront (if you get in). We can charge a credit card if necessary. If time is not on your side, hold the credit card in the office and we will return the card after the show.
- If you're a Groundlings Student, show your groundlings card for free access.
- There's an ATM less than a block West of us at 7/11.
- The standby line starts at 30 minutes prior to showtime. (You can get into it earlier, but it's at your own discretion)
- There is a chance that your party will be split up and you won't sit together. You will be assigned a seat (our standby line is used to fill in seats that can't be reached once the show starts)
-There are NO guarantees to get in.
-If you have tickets already, you MUST be in the theatre by showtime, or else you risk us giving your seat away at showtime. So, DO NOT wait with your friends in the standby line.
No firearms or Weapons are used in our shows.
Late Seating Policy
To allow an uninterrupted experience for performers and guests, we do not permit additional seating once shows begins. Those who leave the performance may not be re-admitted until an appropriate break or at intermission.
Refund or Exchange Policy
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds/exchanges. If you are unable to make a show time, please contact [email protected] to offer your ticket to our Standby Line.
No alcohol is served or allowed within The Groundlings Theatre & School, unless otherwise stated for special events.
We are a smoke-free facility. This includes: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaping.
Our audience age requirement is 16 years and older. We offer a children's show 2-3 times a year. Keep an eye on our website for more information!
Food & Beverage
We offer a variety of soft drinks and snacks in our lobby. Food and drink are not permitted in our theatres, with the exception of water.
As a courtesy, please silence all cell phones and noise-emitting devices. No photos or video recording are permitted during performances.

We have a second theatre location at our school. Please be in the school lobby, no later than showtime to ensure admittance. Otherwise, seats will be given to Standby Line.
