Andres Parada

Sunday Company

Andres is a writer, actor, clown, and impressionist. He was raised in Tubac, Arizona (a tiny artists’ colony near the Mexican border.) However, his life as a weirdo officially began by touring with folk bands all across the U.S. He wrote cartoons while in the tour van, and one of those crazy ideas ended up being produced as a short western - Nickelodeon’s Tennis The Good Boy. He composed the score for the short, and used it as leverage to try and make it in the music industry. But, he failed. He accidentally wound up becoming a comedian instead.

He now lives in the magical land of Glendale. When he’s not at the Groundlings, he’s either performing characters and impressions all over town, or playing clawhammer banjo in his bedroom. He dedicates his comedy to his wonderful mother, and the memory of his father.
