Bruce grew up in Sarasota, Florida; also the hometown of Groundlings alumni, Paul Reubens. He attended Florida State University’s BFA musical theatre program, and New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.

TV/Film credits include How I Met Your Mother, Rules of Engagement, Victorious, The Goldbergs, This Is Us, RuPaul’s AJ & The Queen, Todrick Hall’s Hall American: Forbidden, Conan, and three years performing musical sketches on The Tonight Show.

He originated Olaf in the first stage version of Frozen and performed the role one-thousand times to two-million people in person.

Bruce is the 2020 USA Yoga National Champion and attended the international yoga competition in Bangalore, India in December, where he placed 4th in the world. He was Michael Fassbender’s yoga double in David Fincher’s The Killer for Netflix.
