Heston Horwin grew up in a small country town called Fallbrook in North San Diego County. He has a B.F.A. Screen Acting degree from Chapman University’s Dodge College Film School & the College of Performance Art. Heston has been training in improv and sketch at the Groundlings School & Theatre for the past 8 years. He is a member of the film group, Almost Cool which is known for viral YouTube series’ "Long Story Short" and "Wiener vs. Brain". Their shorts have been featured on FunnyOrDie, 9gag, Bro Bible, Yahoo, Buzzfeed, and Reddit’s "Top All Time Videos" list. They are currently sponsored and represented by Awesomeness TV. Heston also has an edgier side and can be seen acting quite dramatic in films such as ROCK STEADY ROW (winner of the Grand Jury and Audience awards at the 2018 Slamdance Film Festival) and DEAD DICKS (winner of the "Best Canadian Feature" award at the 2019 Fantasia International Film Festival). Heston is currently continuing his training at the Groundlings as well as continuously making new content for the stage, screen, and internet.
