Josiah is an actor, writer, and clown. He was homeschooled on a farm in Virginia as the youngest of five children. It’s a miracle he’s here, OK? Film credits include Ted 2 (Universal) and The Gambler (Paramount). TV credits: Modern Family (ABC), The Mentalist (CBS), Suburgatory (ABC), and Happyland (MTV). His biggest claim to fame is that Mark Wahlberg kissed him during improv once. He dropped out of college because it actually costs a lot of money, but he is a graduate of The Clown School. His solo clown and character show, Flayed, had a sold-out, award-winning run at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in 2023. In 2024, Flayed began an artist residency at the LA LGBT Center, running through February 2025.
He’s also a Creative Executive at Big Swing Productions, where he develops film and TV projects. Randomly, he also co-founded Friend or Flame, a speed dating event business that helps people find love (or pals) IRL in LA and NYC. Learn more: @friendorflame.
